At AllPokeTCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
